Q: What services do you offer? A: We provide one-time cleanups, spring "thaw" cleanups, and regular weekly or bi-weekly service routes. We also offer yard deodorizing and commercial property maintenance.

Q: Do I need to be home during service? A: Nope! As long as we have clear access to your yard, we can get the job done while you’re at work or running errands.

Q: What areas do you service? A: We proudly serve the Town of Battleford, City of North Battleford, and immediately surrounding residential areas.

Q: How much does it cost? A: Our pricing is based on the number of dogs you have and how often you'd like us to visit. We offer flexible options to fit every budget:

Save with a Plan: We offer significant discounts for Annual and Semi-Annual contracts to help you save money over the long run!
Senior Discounts: We are proud to support our local seniors by offering a Senior Discount on our month-to-month, no-contract plans.

Q: Are there additional fees for first-time cleanups? A: Usually, yes. If a yard hasn't been cleaned in a while, the first visit takes a bit more "elbow grease." Once the initial cleanup is done, you'll move to our standard regular service rate.

Q: How do I pay? A: We make it easy! We accept e-Transfers, credit cards, or secure online payments.


♻️ Cleanliness & Sanitation

Q: What do you do with the waste? A: As part of our standard service, we double-bag all waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin so you don't have to touch it.

Prefer it gone? For an additional fee, we offer a "Full Removal" service where we take the waste with us and dispose of it responsibly at an off-site facility.



📅 Scheduling & Weather

Q: What happens in bad Saskatchewan weather? A: We scoop year-round! However, if we get a major blizzard or extreme -40°C windchills that make it unsafe to be out, we will pause service and resume as soon as the weather breaks. You will always be notified of any delays.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my service? A: Yes. Whether you're going on vacation or moving, just give us 48 hours' notice to pause or cancel your service—no "hidden" contracts here.

Q: What if I have a lot of dogs? A: No problem! We handle "multi-dog" households all the time. We’ll just provide a custom quote based on the expected volume.
